The Alston Beech Foundation recently awarded more than $30,000 to a dozen non-profits at the bi-annual Consortium Meeting, which took place at the Clef Club on South Broad Street. The North Broad Renaissance (NBR) was among more than 20 organizations that have shown considerable efforts to compliment and foster revitalization efforts in the North Central Philadelphia community.
