The North Broad Renaissance is creating a layered approach to hospitality and safety, recognizing that the two go hand and hand. It includes implementing focused programming that will enhance safety and address the issues of mental illness, trauma, and homelessness, all while ensuring we provide a friendly and welcoming environment for the North Broad community.

The North Broad Business Improvement District will now allow North Broad to sustain and enhance its revitalization efforts. The corridor now has a reliable source of funding to support services and programs and could help us compete with other nearby districts. Overall, we are all working together to create a cleaner, safer, and more vibrant North Broad Street.
