Our Board of Directors is a combination of property owners, developers, business owners, and community leaders who help govern both the Special Service District and North Broad Business Improvement District. Our Board of Directors attends quarterly board meetings and a Board Retreat, commits to serving at least three years, upholds standards of governance, and lends expertise to support the organization’s mission and goals. In addition, they use their influence to advocate for or against decisions that could help or hurt the organization’s mission and play an active role in supporting the organization’s fundraising goals and improving its financial position.
